Community support helps us to move through difficulties. How can you find and create a community that will support you and you can support others?

Day 5 - New Possibilities

One way or another trauma brings a shift in perspective. How can you use this shift to help you allocate your time, energy, and resources to reflect the reprioritisation of your values?
