Programs & Retreats

Alongside my work with senior leaders operating at the highest levels of responsibility, I offer a small number of open programmes and retreats designed to make this work accessible to those who wish to engage seriously with their leadership, authority and responsibility at different stages of their professional journey.

Programmes including The Work Beneath the Work and Courage to Belong retreats are held in London, Morocco and online. These live, unrecorded experiences provide structured space for careful thinking, reflective dialogue and the development of leadership grounded in responsibility rather than performance display.
